It's not described very well in that advert at all, but it looks good to me considering it appears to have some sort of restoration (would need to know more about that though).
Original condition and unmolested basic Minis are lovely things I think, and getting rare. I'd just want to swap the grill for the correct one!

I must have literally driven right past this a couple of hours ago on my way to the Pompey shop! Probably doesn't help that they've listed it as an Austin 1100 and provided no info whatsoever in the description, but it does look quite tidy and original.
