Hi all, potentially looking at getting rid of my project mini, once covid and the lockdown simmer down, not in rush to get rid of it. Just wondering how much it’s all worth as I haven’t been in the mini scene for a few years, would £3-4K be reasonable or am I dreaming. Got a load of spare parts for it, new and old and I’ve spent thousands, which I know I’m not going to get back. Below I’ll post a link to an album and just a list of some of the parts I can remember I have for it. There is 2 scuffs in the paintwork that the body shop did aswell one under the rear subframe and one on the drivers side sill, posted 2 photos on the album link.

Hi thanks, yeah I don’t know the value of it, I’ve spent over 10k on it and I know I’m not going to get that back, I have receipts from minispares alone totalling over 4-5k when I checked years ago. All the welding was done by Cradley heathen on here if he stills on here. I’ve owned it for 10 years and the mileage was under 30k when I took it off the road.

This one is on eBay is asking for 6.5k for a 1996 with a rebuilt engine but hasn’t been painted how would mine compare in terms of value. (My engine hasn’t been rebuilt but was low mileage)

You would get £3-4k for that. It looks nice. I think a good advert and lots of pictures you would have it sold in no time

It goes without saying that you would get more for it the more completed it is. That’s because there is always the concern of buyers that there are parts missing or incorrect when they are in boxes.

Prices have been moving up and particularly in this case where the shell is sound and painted - albeit with some minor corrections needed.

I would tend to the £4K mark if you are patient maybe even a bit more once a buyer can see everything.
