do you have to loosen the U-bolts to raise the steering back up and remove the drop bracket?... I know you have to loosen the U-bolts to lower the steering.... in my car the drop bracket puts the steering wheel on my knees and I can't get my leg under the steering wheel to shift into first gear (gearshift hits the back of my calf
