Hi guys new member here,

Is anyone running a concept racing fuel cell in their car? I was wondering which pump everyone is using as I don’t believe the cell is gravity feed like the standard fuel tank?

Cheers

Link?

most cases it does not matter as most pumps can lift enough.

read the specs and measure. It ain’t hard.

There’s the tank, it’s not an in tank pump hence why it isn’t that simple and I was asking the question. Might not be hard for some of you but I’m just making sure

Are you running EFI or carb?  Mines on a Bosch 044 with the pump mounted inside a custom battery box that sits just below the level of the tank, making this a gravity system.  It has to pull a little when it primes, but this is ok. I cant find the dry lift rating for the 044, but im pretty sure as long as you dont mount it above the tank you will be fine.

If you are running carb any low pressure pump works fine as a lift pump anyways.

I am running one of their tanks with the standard block fuel pump (standard engine) and it runs fine as gravity feed.
