I'm looking to sell my mini minus I have owed it for just over 6 years but unfortunately I haven't had much time to work on it and the garage has piled up with more and more projects so its time for this to go.

Please see for details  http://www.theminifo...6v-90-finished/

I have purchased several more items over the years and done several more bits and bobs.

I have been out of the mini scene for many years so I am looking for some advice on price i was thinking £2.5-3k but i truly have no idea.

Ill be clearing out the garage over the next week so i will get some of my own pictures up here.

I think your estimate is a tad off, I'd be ask for closer to your original asking price of £5k. Minus cars are very much a desired shell/car now so I wouldn't accept less than 5 for it. Its always good to remember that because they won't rust they hold their value even if they are modified. You also don't just have a bare shell and it has a lot of kit already fitted and wouldn't take loads of work to get a good sought after car.

Hope this helps

Hi there, owning a minus and having owned two others and kept a keen eye on prices, I would say your estimate is bang on.

To give an example, I sold an on the road mk1 shell with MOT, tidy car quite an old build for £3500 in 2015. I struggled to get much interest or sell it for anymore, it was on a mini reg.

I also bought a correctly registered Q plated complete car with the engine removed for £1700 in 2016, very tatty needing a full rebuild.

They are getting harder to find but I wouldn’t say prices have changed much.

I’ve also recently seen a good rolling shell for £2000.

Definitely is not worth 5k, I’m not sure where that idea has come from!

I am also on the lookout for another one, will send you a PM.

If this does get listed for sale, let me know. I'm half interested but I wouldn't know what would be a fair offer to make.
