Ben did the bottom of my pickup + the load bed with raptor, and i think that was a 4 litre pack he used, but not the tintable stuff

I would say easily!
One coat is all you need and it only needs to go on lightly

The problem that I had with my first litre bottle was that when you pour the colour and the hardener into the bottle, as per the instructions, its practically full, and being thick, (the paint as well as the painter),it's difficult to mix correctly. The other three bottles I poured into a can, one at a time, mixed it , then poured it back into the Raptor bottle to spray. Much better result.

If I do run out ime assuming I can just buy some more and go back over it maybe a week or so later ? Or do you have a set time this need to be done ?

It cures quickly and goes off hard so I would not recommend overcoating a week later without prepping what is there first.
All you would need to do is thoroughly scuff up the cured raptor with a red scotchbrite and then you would be good to go
