I am in Italy and the lack of AC is no joke. I know the Italian minis had these fold-in quarter windows that would bring air into the car...
Can you fit those doors on a later mini?
Anything I need to worry about?

Innocenti did make MK3 Minis with opening quarter light windows though. I’ve got a set stowed away for my car.

Mk1/2 sized glass is too small to fit into a MK3 door as the latter has a taller window frame.

Do they just bolt right in? Anything special when fitting them?

the quarterlights are held in with small screws, some in the upper frame, some lower down. I have included a shot from the parts book below. They aren´t cheap to buy when you find them and will often cost as much as complete doors which is what I would recommend as the wind up glass is also smaller (duh) and the window winder is also different on Innos.

Wow, that is very helpful, thanks!
I am in Italy, so I can find them a little cheaper than you guys up in the UK can.
And yeah, I would go with the full door and then just swap them out.
