Horn not working, Help.......
Horn has been tested and works out of the car. I have 7 volts when the horn button is pushed with the horn removed.
Relay clicks and I have replaced it with a new one.
Anyone have any ideas?

Definitely not the earth, that's all good. No other issues i'm aware of.
Gonna check the steering column next...

Perhaps it is the rotary coupler behind the steering wheel?
That seems like a good place to start. I believe they are the same as other MG/Rover so getting a replacement should't be an issue if required.
I think that the Horn shares a fuse with the alarm system so is that working? Although I assume that you would have already checked that.

I've checked the 20Amp fuse, alarm works minus the horn.
Rotary coupler is my next port of call, I just need to find out what that is lol...

Remove the airbag and then the wheel and it sits on the column behind the wheel.
It's like a plastic chunky disc with a clock spring inside it and wiring.
Make sure you disconnect the battery for a while before touching the airbag though and try not to rotate the rotary coupler. If you do, make sure you return it back to the same position before putting back together or you may end up with the SRS light on and a broken clock spring.
I have one at the garage out of the Pink MPI if you want to borrow it to test with?

Now the wheel is off I need to find a nice wooden MGF airbag wheel, I think it will look good...

So new rotary coupler in place and still no horn.
I did set the alarm off a few days ago and no sound from the horn but the indicators still flashed.....
