It has the MOWOG Australia logo on it. Seen quite a few engine bay pics of Aussie Minis with them fitted. I'm sure you could get one from there.

Yeah we had them on our Cars from about 68-ish until about 73-ish.
I would have thought they may have used a similar one in the UK?

Nope. Just the single pipe off on some the early ones after the A+ just the black tin and MG vented alloy ones. Don't think there were any changes for the SPi or MPI cars.
