I've used the SEARCH button and have been reading about roll cages. The Safety Devices one seems to be popular. However the Mini doesn't appear to be listed on Safety Devices own website.

Anyone know where they can be bought from? Also has anyone got any pictures of it installed?

Mini Sport sell a cage: http://www.minisport...pe-product.html

It doesn't state who makes it. Anyone got any experience with them at all?

I'm not looking for anything too extreme or difficult to install, as I want to still be able to use all four seats if needed. Doorbars would be fine though, along with a 6 point cage.

If you have any other suggestions of picks of other cages let me know. Cheers :w00t:

the MiniSport ones are Safety Devices cages! you should be able to get them direct from Safety Devices or maybe, Minispares or MiniSpeed :w00t:

Cheers.

The Minisport website didn't really seem to offer much info, and no clue as to who actually manfacured them.

I'll perhaps give Safety Devices a ring next week, on their website they only list the Mini Moke, which if I'm honest didn't really help.

Any chance you could post a pic or two. None of the places I found on the web actually have any pics of the cage in situ.

Thanks.

Jamewildcooper,

Was yours a bolt-in or weld?

I was considering getting one made up.

Ive just bought a full safety devices roll cage from minisport. My parents have one in their Mini too, but i dont have any pictures i dont think,.. sorry.

I believe they are fairly easy to fit easier with the glass out and with a ratchet strap,.. thats my plan of attack after my dad put his window through :) by the way both are bolt in type.
