Are the rings in a carb refurb kit special?
well they are designed for the job. ones from your local hardware store will not be suitable.

You could be right about it being made for the job however some kits don't come with the right one. I've read this multiple times and I'm worried that a kit I buy does not include it. Example: http://www.turbomini...p=vt&tid=556305
