Retro Minis Ltd. I'm trying to establish whether this is actually a functioning business or not. I have twice completed on line applications for Vin tags and engine tags, once for a Mk1 Cooper, and more recently for three cars together, van, pick up and Hornet I'm having restored,  and never heard a thing back. I have completed everything, gone through payment check out, send copies of V5's...nothing. Emailed a week or so ago to see if they got it.....nothing. Called the number ....no reply...

Just checking whether this is actually a real company, or just a sort of 'fantasy business' as I've not got much eveidence that there is anything behind the shop window....

Any comments or experiences?

Just want to know if I'm wasting my time and need to go elsewhere.

I'm sure I've seen the proprietor on here offering advice  (EDIT: username retroman if you want to PM him), I'm sure he'll be along to explain shortly.

I am having problems with the same company, I placed an order In August 2019 and never received after countless emails, I was eventually offered a refund but as you can guess it has never arrIved after many requests.
I have never had issues with buying mini parts before from suppliers and attend most shows so very frustrating.

I am seriously considering court action if not resolved as well, not great behaviour from what was considered a reputable company....

I ordered parts a few weeks ago and only half arrived!
Have tried ringing them, emailing them but no answer or replies!
Wouldn’t buy from them again
