Can anyone help me identify these 2 pedal boxes?

 

When I put them side by side I noticed the pedals on the cleaner box are both cranked away from each other. The dirtier box has a cranked clutch pedal and a straighter brake pedal. Is this a factory pedal, or a homebrew modification?

 

I was intending of going non servo with a 8.4" brake set up for the kit car build I'm working on so wanted the correct brake pedal.

Look like pedals are same distance apart. Could be an early and late box. I know the pin size for brake master is a different size on servo and non servo

neither are late both are mid years one has the thicker brake pedal and the differing angles.

 

the later ones had only half the return spring for the clutch as the other part was moved onto the pivot by the servo.

Cleaner one looks typical '76 on dual circuit pedals. Scruffy one  looks a bit "wobbly" just below the foot pad, straightened for some reason? Or left hand drive?

I wondered whether one is lhd too.  As far as I remember all the ones I've come across have had both pedals cranked.

Looks to me like one is for LHD Car and the other RHD.

 

I'd need to look a bit further to be sure, but I think the one on the Left is for left hand drive.

Thanks for the replies. I don't think the scruffy one would be a lhd box as it's out of a domino HT which was built from a reshell of a late 80s mini. Although stranger things have happened. One thing I will say is the scruffy one fits around the steering column and the cleaner one doesn't. I am wondering whether the scruffy one has been bent to get extra clearance for the steering column.

Ah, well, in that case, I had them wrong way around - the clean one I'd almost certainly say is from a LHD car then.

Bear in mind being a fiberglass kit car the steering column position might be wrong and explain why the column clashes with the pedal.

Could have been bent if it's out of a kitcar. GRP body work is thicker than steel and arch profiles can differ so finding space for the accelerator pewdal can be difficult.
