Can I ask what bolts you're using on the rear door hinges and where do you get them from.
Another quality detail...

Cheers...Those bolts started off as 80mm x 6mm shanked stainless..I had to cut each one down to suit the different sizes on the hinge..the other faff is the lower bolt normally fits from the inside out so you can get the nut on..I wanted the heads showing and the only way to do that it to separate the hinge fit the bolt then re-assemble the hinge..I actually had them a while as they were being thrown out at work !..Try a web search for 6mm flange head shanked stainless bolt..

A credit to your dedication, time, and no doubt wallet....
Thanks at times it felt like a mountain to climb..it helps sharing a garage with a guy who is very dedicated to his build so we can eek each other on when we run out of steam..im down to mostly interior and general faffing so close to seeing it done..budget has not been to bad as most of the work has been done by myself just the paint being out sourced ..its the little bits which can soon hike the funds such as interior hardly anything to it but you can lose £1k easily !

Still pushing on with a couple of outstanding jobs..roof vent has been hanging around long enough and the carpet is now in ..supposed to be the dogs do dahs in carpet..not one piece went in without needing work..the column hole which is perforated at the back for left/right hand drive was about 15mm out..so I had to make a finisher to make up the difference..same for the gear lever ..as for the rear carpet not sure which van it was for but not a straight forward fit like the instructions say..apart from that its all in ish..
