Saw this in the flesh today and it’s bloody awesome! So much more to it than photos show. It’ll be one of the cars of the 2020 show season no doubt.
Thanks Matt its nice to get an opinion from a like minded knowledgeable Mini enthusiast ..Finally installed the carbs so another job off the list...

Just been through this again, makes me want to get on with my van!
Amazing work, looking forward to see the finished result.
Thanks I'm glad you've enjoyed the journey and it helps you with inspiration to get stuck in to yours..Hoping to get it on the ground in the next few weeks so it should take on a whole new look and get to see it outside for a change..

Top notch restoration...

Nice of you to say....shiny bits wise most brackets have been made from stainless or refurbed/ painted and new bolts /washers used for each part paying attention to bolt lengths and finish ...The gear lever came as part of a quick shift kit..I may bend this slightly when the seats are in for a better angle..hand brake handle is off an Aston Martin which I was given a few years ago and just so happens to fit perfectly ..Hoping to have it finished for Himley Hall mini show in May..Cheers..

HI REVVIT random question.
It this a stengthening plate for solid sub-frame bushes? If so, what did you use / any tips to recreating it?
