None normally, even if stuck, you won't need a hub puller but a bearing separator, as if the bearing is in a very bad way, the inner race maybe seized to the stub axle.
Be aware too the the Left Hand Rear Hub Stub Axle has (or should have) and Left Hand thread on it, so it will undo the 'wrong' way.

Hi,
Try this, once it's striped down bolt the wheel back on and give it a pull and rock about and it should come off.
If the inner race is stuck on the shaft afterwards grind it down in one area until really thin then split it with a hammer and chisel.
If you do it right you won't mark the shaft.

Is there any way of getting the inner race off without cutting...?

Bearing Separator (though this one is a bit over the top);-
You can use a grinder, but after a mate's effort only last week, I'd recommend against it - he's now looking for 2 rear trailing arms after nicking the seal bosses on both of them - easy to do,,,,

Hi,
Obviously the right tool for the job is the best way, but as pointed out above it's rare that they get stuck.
So it may not be a tool you get much use from unless rebuilding gearboxes...

I have in the past bolted the drum back on the wrong way and tapped it off with a soft hammer but mostly they come off by hand.
