Got replacement drip rails but they are straight and the roof guttering is curved at the ends, so how do I get round this? Here is an example picture.

A couple of ideas:

Clamp the ends in a vice and bend them gradually clamping less of the end.

As you need to shrink the attached side fold, slot it with a hacksaw, then close up the cuts.

Having just done 2 the ones you buy are flat and too wide. So I put the ridge in so they sit upto the gutter and narrowed the lip...

Nothing to do with the front corner....If you have welded it on its a case of bending carefully with a rubber hammer, some heat helps too, but gentle over a length otherwise it will kink.

I did wonder when I did them if it would work better to weld the very front on first then some gentle heat to get the rest back in line.

I just put the ends in the vice and carefully bent them a little at a time with trial fitting to ensure ok,

The thing is cause the profile is at a 45/135 degree crease, thought it won't shrink very well without it increasing down more. Saying that I have seen a lot of fitted rails that point down at the end.

Could be an excuse for me to buy a shrinker stretcher. Fancied one for sometime

Now one of those would make it easy, I could have done with one for my upper side panel repairs as well. But as my project was a one off I fabricated them, superb tool thoughif you are planning more restorations.
