Mini Cooper Horn Problem

Hi. Hope someone can help me, Mini horn just went off out of the blue the other day, so pressed horn in, and it went off. Continued to do this over a period of half an hour. Only stopping for a short time when I pressed in the horn. As it is left unattended on a camp site, had to remove battery. Could not have it going off all day and night. If don't get an answer, will have to remove fuse in order to reconnect battery.  Any clues

Is it a classic mini?

If it is the end of the horn stalk just pulls off and that has the terminals in that may have got stuck.

If it's a new mini I don't know sorry.

as the horn is easy to access just pull the wires off.

Best solution is to sell/ give that car away and buy a proper Mini :proud:
