I would be more inclined to avoid spacers on the front at all costs and shorten the studs instead. Spacers on the front cause bump steer and lower steering stability while increasing loads on the wheel bearings.
nope they do not cause bump steer. what they do do is change the King Pin offset which in turn increases the scrub radius which makes the steering heavier.
bump steer is caused by the motion of the suspension through its travel (normally in Bump) causing the wheel to move about the king pin axis (steer).
yes spacers do increase bearing loads.
