If you rethinking of selling a car/item ... FYI 

Am selling one of my other cars - Alfa 159...

Both identical ads on Gumtree/ F Ad for past week 

Friday ad - has 115 views - Gumtree 511 views - both posted at the same time 

Friday ad I paid for the "upgrades " such as boost tp the top etc - not even a nibble less a bite - 

Gumtree - completely free and  trickle of viewings/ buyers and I am hopeful it will go today..

Gumtree is riddled with spambots and time wasters. How’s Friday adds for this?

I sold my last car on Friday ad, (both in print and on the internet) and it went on the first Thursday so a day before the car was officially out in the publication!, Might have been someone who worked there.

Wouldn't know..... as I am yet to get an enquiry to my ad placed on F Ad .

 

Its an Alfa Romeo 159  and maybe people just don't appreciate design and engineering masterpiece what they see it anymore

Are the people who havent heard of the Friday-ad from the uk? Thought it was well established throughout the uk.

Never heard of it. There's a publication called AutoTrader that's quite popular though

Think it must be more popular in some places than others....used to see it when I lived in East Sussex. Never seen in Scotland.
Gumtree is like ebay but with more idiots lol

Founded in Sussex so probably why you guys that way have heard of it and it means nothing to the rest
