This silver Mini in link below has 'Sportpack' width arches and was converted to run 10" 'deep dish' 6 x 10" Minilite rims with ET-15 offset wheels:-

The genuine Minilite 'deep dish' 6 x 10" rims with ET-15 offset to fill 'Sportpack' width arches are available from Minispares:-

also available to special order in Gold:-

and Antharcite:-

if you retain the 'Sportpack' arches you will also be able to switch back to 13" wheels if/when needed, although Hi-Lo suspension would be advised to easily adjust ride height to suit the 10" or 13" wheels option.

The 7.5" Cooper S discs and calipers for 10" wheels will also be ok with the 13" wheels.

I changed back from 13" to 10" ET-15 offset Minilite wheels a few years back but with W&P arches as it was not originally fitted with the Sportpack arches:-
