Just having a sort through the garage, and have been wondering weather or not to sell this set of wheels.

However before that I would like to find out if these are the original magnesium minilites?

I could file a small amount of material off somewhere and show it some flame, however I'd like to avoid doing that!

Any help will be great.

Any type of household vinegar on a bare magnesium, not painted, will see the vinegar bubble up. There will be no reaction on bare aluminium.

Are you sure these aren't "Minilights" and not "Minilites"
