Hi,

Im rebuilding gearbox, and trying to sort out if I need to replace my baulk rings.

The one with the least gap, has a gap of 0.6mm (the one on the first motion shaft) the others has 0.9-1mm gap.

Do these need replacing?

If your rebuilding the box, replace the baulk rings anyway.
They are not expensive, just make sure you get good ones and not budget ones!

I've used those minispares ones in the past with no problems.
