Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew these wheel arches and where to get them?

The are, in fact, wheel arch EXTENSIONS. The wheel arches are part of the metal wings and side panels.

I would love to weld in the arches to make the look like part of the body but can't find them anywhere.

Cars like MK.1 Ford Escorts and Porsche 911's had arch extensions which were welded on if wider wheels were needed for racing. They actually added strength to the body and were strong when you hit them against a wall or another car.

I have never liked the arch extensions on Minis ever since I fitted my first set in about 1969, then I accidentally hit one with a spare wheel and it cracked. I now try to avoid fitting them if possible as they are fragile and promote rust in the steel wings and body. You only really need them if wheels wider than 5" are fitted or is the datum offset is not as standard.

My mini GT 1275 came with wheel arches but now I want to change/upgrade them, and this (the image i attached) is the arch extenders I want to go for.

Thanks for the comments (:

Jack please let me know if you find them. I want arches that fit from the inside with no visible screws or rivets.

Cheers

Jon

Those are very wide arches, you need wide wheels for them to look OK....

The arches in the pics by OP IIRC are something like Gp5...?

the arches on the white GT above look  like group 5(or group 5 wide) or group 7 arches.. names vary a bit depending on supplier

Group 7 comprises 2-seat track racing cars so there are no G7 Minis.
Group 5 arches are non-specific in design as the Group 5 cars were not subject to the same tight regulations as Group 1 or 2.
G2 arch extensions must carry the side trim strips over them. They were homologation in 1.5" and 2.5" widths.
