The Cub is not a vehicle I'm intimately familiar with, however, it appears some were made for 10 / 12" wheels and some for 13"
wheels.
<EDIT: Can fit both;-
HANDLING
The road holding capabilities of the Cub are outstanding. By designing the Cub to run on 12 or 13 inch wheels, the amount of tyre / road contact coupled with a very low centre of gravity produce handling characteristics superior even to those of the Mini. It has to be said that the steering is heavier than on a standard Mini running 10 inch wheels but this is more than compensated by the fact that the Cub will out corner almost any other car on the road. Roundabouts are a speciality !

Looks like they may fit reading the specs. Radius arms to be exchanged for lengthened ones.
It's got me curious as to just what they are doing there.
Big Wheel Moke ones as far as I am aware, were only made in Australia (and they have an Australian Drawing Office number to them too). There are a few NOS ones kicking about, but basically, not what I'd classify as easy to come by.

Reading between the lines they are cuting and extending the arms.
Personally I would have just fabricated new ones from tube.

Nice looking wheels
I really like the look of those. Just bought some 13 x7 steels from jbw at bingley hall last weekend. They reackon the max tyre size for them would be 175/50/13's, so judging by size your mrs' s wheels I could easily fit those dunlops on mine?
Mmmmmm,,,, think JBW should review their Wheel / Tyre chart! The recommended tyre widths for 7" wheels is 195 to 215.
50 series profile would be what would be used on a Mini, however if you have longer trailing arms, I wouldn't go any smaller than 70 series. You won't find a 'chunky treaded' tyre in a 50 series and likewise, in these wheel diameters, I don't think you'll find anything wider than a 185. Those Dunlops are a 70 series - 13 / 70 / 185.
Rally Tyres tend to use smaller widths so they can bite through the surface better. A decent all terrain tyre is usually, though not always, the same for the same reason.

I had forgotten about those, and form what I hear, are a good tyre.
