You may also have issues with that wheel size.

There are no 13" 'knobbly' tyres that will fit a Mini.
However, if you get a set of 12" wheels Maxsport Tyres do a forest tyre in 145/70 x 12 which would be ideal. The maximum wheel width should be 4.5", which is the standard width, so easy and not expensive. The tyres, in an optional hard compound are around £72 each. They won't last to long on dry tarmac though, but they are great on gravel, mud and snow.

Spider should be along soon and will be able to tell you exactly what that has.

Early Australian Mokes had 10 inch wheels like the British version but changed in 1969 to 13 inch diameter. This involved longer rear radius arms (as the tyres were not low profile) and wider bodywork arches. The standard 13 inch wheels were plain pressed steel but the 1977 ‘Californian’ model came with 8-spoked steel wheels in white.

I fitted these Dunlop Rally Tyres to the Wife's Moke about 5 years ago
Done over 10 000 km on them so far and they have LOTS of tread left on them, despite being a 'Medium - Soft' Compound. Very happy with them and while they can be heard on sealed roads, they aren't 'noisy'.

They are 13" wheels (as mab01uk has touched on), but I'm not 100% sure on the width of those particular ones. I have seen that car in the flesh but had different wheels when I saw it (in 2009).
<Edit: I don't know all the suppliers in the UK (Far from it!), however, I know Demon Tweaks have reasonable on-line listing for Tyres

However, as you have an AMC Cub, I'm not sure if these have Mini or (Big Wheel) Moke Trailing Arms. As mab01uk has pointed out, the Big Wheel Moke uses a unique and longer Trailing Arm than the Mini to accommodate these bigger wheels, so. before spending money on wheels, check what you have. A quick simple check is to have a look at the Shock Mount Stud, if it's in the other end of the Stub Axle (for the wheel), then it's a Mini one, if it's about 3" further up the arm from the Stub Axle, then it's a Big Wheel Moke one. >
