I'm trying to find out what wire does what. Googling has found very little, but might have found the right one.
1. Ground
2. +12V Ignition wire.
3. Dash light dimmer.
4. Power antenna turn on.
5. +12V Battery wire.
Philips R570 Radio.

As all are stereo wiring is essentially universal, have a look here for the ISO block layout
