49 is a great number, the applicatin forms should be out very soon so you can all get yours in and get yourselves on the official list and then before you know it we'll be on the ferry heading towards france!!

well im already out, my minis off the road this year engines a gonner and im now saving to buy a bigger better engine...perhaps next time i WILL one day tho!!!

If i book the time off work early enough and nothing comes up (i have a disabled brother.....so family would come 1st) then I defo want to go on this!! Can someone send me a typical costs? Fuel mainly. How much did you use etc?

I used 4 tanks of fuel, total travelled 1000 miles.

[Sam]

I used a fair bit more then dom, but if you bring a passenger and share the costs then its really not that expensive.

Camping was 60? euros per person (not tent), which was unexpected though.

I used 7.5 tanks going and 9 coming back.

I used 5.5 tanks whilst there.

Also factor in your cost per lap for tickets.

Yea, we are doing it like that again this year. Dont forget you have to pay the camping per person (10 euros a day) when you get there.

It was even more of a rip off then that marc, as it was per day!

so even though we were there for 5 nights we had to pay for 6 days!

We have managed to secure it a little cheaper this year Sam, its a shame they charge it like that though, but you cant complain about the facilities. Nice and clean showers and toilets etc.

Nice one Nick, very true about facilities, plus being next to the GP circuit with free entrance was a bonus!

Worth every penny, excellent site very well maintained and clean facilities.

There is also the ferry to pay for but we have secured a good price on this too; also there is the F1 hotel to pay for en route at Charleroi, prices are not available just at the moment but will be released very soon.

Allow for food also! There are a couple of good supermarkets close by which are considerably cheaper than in England.
