Are you using sheet metal in Solidworks for that or extrudes?

For fasteners I use Traceparts. LOADS of models on there, just have to know what to search for.

I found the sheet metal feature worked really well for the few parts I drew up.

Looking good, I too have progressed doing CAD of my Minis & Midas.
For my 4th (final) year at Uni last year, I designed and developed a kit car , and created a 1:5 scale model entirely 3d printed by myself using the CAD model I created.
Used solidworks for all the chassis, mechanical components, and Alias & 3ds for the body.
Good luck on your work, I know the amount of time it takes, and appreciate the effort gone into the small parts to make them accurate, think I spent about 4 weeks solid day and night doing my CAD aha!
(5 months day and night 3d printing at home too
)

Lunch over and heres the products
Drive flange modelled accurately. Ended up starting from scratch as m memory wasn't as good as I thought it was
With the bevelled washer in place
Also modelled up the ball joint and cup.
Modelled up a couple of the bearings for the front hub but no screenshots of them as well...they are just rings and rather boring as a result

Made some good progress on my model, got a couple of panels to work out at the front still though.
