Website is still up but I can't see a message to advise visitors.

Only hint is Website shop is closed and nothing on their fleabay account.

I got a marketing email yesterday stating free shipping if I spend more than £80 and their website still allowed me to add items to the basket. Their Facebook page has photos added yesterday and today and despite showing two scathing one star reviews, looks like they're ready for business.

Wasn't the free shipping from Mini Sport, not Mini Speed?

Yes! Absolutely correct. Sorry, read topic heading incorrectly. Eyes saw Minispeed, brain said Minisport.

We had a cracking discount off them for Heritage panels which I made the most of for Paddy.

It's a shame it's happened, yes they had their detractors, a lot of people had issues but then does not any company dealing with our little rot boxes. A lot of people on the other hand were happy with them. Personally apart from one panel which admittedly I was in no rush for took a lot longer than I thought and so after contacting Scott@minispeed on here that got sorted very quickly.

So yes a loss to our community

While I've no doubt come across in a negative way about them, I would welcome them returning to business if it were to go back to what it was a few years back. The service then was OK and the goods were great to brilliant.

It is a shame. They were my local shop and I thought the guys there were always helpful, and always good fun with plenty of friendly banter. I bought an engine from them too which has been faultless.
