Be aware the MiniSpeed are in the process of closing down.

 

if you have work going on there or cars there get in contact with them.

Just seen this, shame as in the past they have been good. Its certainly been in the last year or so where things have gone wrong for them. Hopefully anybody who has outstanding parts, work etc will get everything done/sent etc.

I think more to do with the company than the mini scene part suppliers.

Bugger, I was planning to buy an engine from them around next year!

Their engine guy is starting up on his own so you will still be able to get one of "their" engines.


And where did the info come from. Their engine guy and others social media places.

I'm not surprised. Those who run it have shown little proper interest in it the past 3 or 4 years.

 

During that time, they didn't do the spares supply industry any favours.

A real shame, they were extremely generous when Bens car was flooded a few years ago.

well their service was dire and lack of customer support im not really surprised. tried to deal with them a few times so only buy from Mini Spares now

Such a shame.

 

Dont forget people will be loosing jobs and the mini community has lost another store/service in the area they are situated.

 

They were extremely generous with donations for an event I run every year providing hundreds of pounds worth of mini parts and support.

 

I wish anyone involved at Minispeed, all the best in the future.
