Audis do a lot of things they shouldn't considering their mechanics and electrics and  auxiliaries could be considered almost perfect.

 

So it only leaves one to guess as to what causes this.

 

Whoops there goes another Audi Chelsea Tractor going on a Ladies who Lunch date or it's hubby driving the missus to it.

Further to above just got back from Sainsbury Cobham. On return journey approaching a major roundabout Audi in outside lane indicating to go round to the right. I was going round to the left so went up the inside lane Audi slightly ahead of me due curve of stop line. Traffic clear so both moved forward    yes you guessed it and I should have known it   she was turning left all the time. Luckily the only damage done was to the air around me and my wife's knowledge of the English language.

have had issues for ages with these switches and regular use seems to clean terminals and cure it. onve they start to fail terminals burn and you nees to replace or strip and clean well
