Ive been using the standard CG13 gearbox with no issues. Done 4000 road miles on it now, and really love it. Can also hit the Nissan built in speed limiter at 120mph on the clocks easily, still pulling hard. GPS speed is 111mph when this hard cutoff happens at 120 on the speedo.
