For the pistons, as it is for most of your build, this can only be determined once careful inspection and measuring has been done.

The block will need to be machined to fit the pistons you are going to use.
Your machine shop will need the pistons to bore and hone the block.
Ask if DPH is something they do and if it is extra or included, it is an after process that not everyone is aware of yet but it means you will get better piston ring sealing to block and the block will last you longer.

Didn't get any wiser. But apperently Scania, Volvo and Mercedez-benz use DPH as part numbers, if anyone would care.
