Hi.
Anyone out there recommend any one good in the Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, area?
I need my gearbox reconditioning and a clean engine build.
Anyone used Somerford Mini or Southam Minis?
Rob

SMMC all day long, Rod has been building engines for donkies and I think all of their trophies show how good their engines are. Ive been running my 1380 from them for well over 15 years and its still going strong.

Try talking the Darren Thomas at The Pitshop near Carterton. They race Mini Sevens and built my 1380 mpi.

Another one for Rob Walker, proper sensible old school engineering.  Well worth my trip up from Essex, so I'd say a no brainer if he is close by.

We will happily rebuild your gearbox. With engines we get brett Sims to do our machining.

He will be happy to rebuild an engine, and he does it properly and well.
