Can I use 4 or 3 point harnesses with my seats that I have now (Integra seats)? Or is it unsafe etc.?
Also with four point harnesses, can you hook up the two back straps to the same hook or do they have to run parallel to each other??
4-point harnesses with regular seats?

support bars of the headrest? they're a bit close to each other to be honest. any harm in running the harnesses around the headrest?
I've seen 4 points used on those classic bucket seats which dont have any sort of headrest so I can't imagine why I shouldn't be able to run them either side of the headrest...

Just DO NOT fix them to the rear parcel shelf ! , its not safe
youve all seen the advert for seat belts , in an accident a human weighs the same as an elefant , that little shelf just wont take it .

If your planning to use a single mounting point for the back straps, just get 3 point harness. Waste of money getting 4 and using 3.
