I have never been satisfied withy my speaker set up. I have two 6x9s in them parcel shelf and i had two cheapo small 4.5" under the dash, pointing to the floor. Could hardly hear the fronts.

So i have been on the look out for a low cost solution. I found a set off Pioneer pods with speakers at a auto jumble for a whole 40p. Painted them up and mounted then under the dash. I have actually only bolded them through the career and sound deadening with a spreader plate at the rear. The paper to be held fairly secure.

I am quite happy with the result and sounds good too!

Thats great! I will do something similar. The VW/Audi pump looks smaller than the Volvo pump

Never even thought of reservoir. DO you have apart number or supplier for the switch

This is for the switch. https://uk.rs-online...235393636333226

I've started turning my attention to this, and I noticed that the switch at the end of the link says it's rated at 250V AC - did you get this very same version, assume if you did that it works on the 12v system?

Great thanks, that's good to know!

I can't find any good information about how the pump should be wired up, don't suppose you have a little diagram of how you wired your system up do you?

I've decided to bin the servo, and fit the KAD brake bias setup.

I have never been totally happy that the fuel lines were hanging over the manifold. I found a nice silicon/glassfibre cover on fits nice (shiny hose at the rear). I also have a set of tea strainers fitted for a cars show tomorrow.

Finally stuck on a set of numbers
