If the clutch diaphragm is o.k there is no need to change it. I run a grey diaphragm in a 1964 'S' and I have changed the centre plate after every 6 or 7 rallies but never changed the diaphragm. No re-balancing has been necessary. I've also changed the 'red' seal several times as well.

Great that's what I will do.do I have to source a special tool for removing and replacing the oil seal? Or is there another way to do it?
