A decent cam will give a good power increase, but will give best results when coupled with other mods. What head, exhaust , inlet etc you got ?

Others may disagree, but i'd try a 266 or SW5. But if your going to work the head a little then maybe try a 276.

Would definitely say you need some head work to get the best from any cam. Even the stock unit can supply extra ponies if it's allowed to breath better.
SW5 is very very good. Consider MED Hi-Torque maybe, it pulls well from very low down.
