15amp - Purple/Orange Wire
Hazard Warning & Interior Lamps
15amp - Brown/Orange Wire
Dim-Dip Lighting
10amp - Blue/Orange Wire
Rear Fog Guard Lamps
15amp - Blue/Red Wire
Auxiliary Cooling Fan (where fitted)
Standard 4 fuse box mounted on the bulkhead:-
1 1-2 35amp Brake Lights, Reverse Lights, Direction Indicators & Rear Screen Demister.
2 3-4 25amp Horn, Headlamp Flasher, Brake Failure Circuit & Radio Memory.
3 5-6 25amp Heated Blower Motor, Windscreen Wipers, Washer Motor & Instruments.
4 7-8 15amp Side & Tail Lights, Panel Lights & Instruments.
1-2 These circuits only operate with the ignition switch at position "II".
5-6 These circuits only operate with the ignition switch at position "I" or "II".

...can anyone offer further advice as to how to find the flipping inline fuses?! My hazards and interior lights not working but can't find the inline fuse, what is the best way to get at it? Got a 1991 Rover Mini City....

Take your air filter off and 'hey-presto' there they are, four in-lines er.........in a line!

Cheers fella, much appreciated. All sorted now, hazards and interior lights working. My lights that run on the top fuse went out yesterday for about 5 minutes so removed the fuse box and gave that a good clean this morning, hopefully the clean has sorted it out, if not I'll assume it is the fuse that is dirty and replace it for the massive fee of 15p from my local general store!
For someone who has never been under a bonnet before I'm quite chuffed with what I've achieved in 45 minutes this morning, thanks for the help.
Tomorrow if the weather is right the hair dryer and I are going to get those horrible city stickers off and the green stripe down the side!
