Thanks everyone. I gave up all my hope today, trying to call DVLA to see if it was reported as abandoned. I have tried the council, police, bus drivers, neighbours. No success, it was simply stolen. I really miss it and hope I will get it back in one piece.
I tried to offer all my support for the investigation. I was planning a full restoration. Luckily, I did not order any parts yet.
I have purchased it in early November. I only drove it for less than 600 miles.

I have constantly kept an eye on both ebay and gumtree, but nothing yet.
When I called the police last time, they were on holiday (?!).
I am really trying my best but I can't do this on my own...
I will post the documents + keys to the insurance company on Monday and process the repayment.
The car had an agreed valuation of only £1,500.00 which is not even half of what I would price it at. That was indeed the price of purchase but I am sure it was worth a lot more.
The insurance fee costed me around £750.00. The excess for a claim in case of theft is £150.00. All other fees sum up to around £100.00, meaning that not only have I had my car stolen, but also £1000.00 less in my pocket.
