Ah, if it's fitted with a lumpy Cam, that will accentuate the noise of the Idler Thrusts, none the less, they should be barely audible.

I was of the understanding that minor idler gear rattle at idle was not a big deal? Especially if a non standard camshaft is fitted. My idler rattled at idle but disappeared when I upped the idle speed by 50 rpm or so....
