I can't imagine dvla issuing a V5c on a scrapped car.
Then again, they are a public sector organisation

Thats is what I was getting at in the first place but I think its just the term they use for cat C or D by the looks of it?

Cat C display in the notes on the front of the logbook. Doesnt say Cat C though from what I remember.

Our bmw Clubman has been registered as imported to the uk when we bought it.....from Belfast! Can't be arsed to get that removed to be honest.

Wouldnt bother pete unless its effecting insurance costs, DVLA will probs mess up a simple request and want to inspect your car etc. #useless

Yep, they lost the MOT when removing the NI reg, told me I needed to take the car back to Belfast to get another, I tried to explain that it was a fresh MOT done in England but with the original reg, my head was very sore from banging it against the wall! Then it needed the taxation class changing from disabled back to plg........

All sorted phoned up dvla and completely clear and all as it should be
