the cam cover is a somilar height to the K1100 so should go, the induction system from the fiat will be an issue, would go in clubman, bit otherwise i think its a swap to ITB's, or a custom intake based on cuting down the alloy runners.

What fiat engine is it exactly that this is from? What models and year? Is there an engine code?

I happen to have a 8V Punto head we kept from my er... Punto.  We were thinking along these lines.  I'm interested.

Thread revival as I try tomsuss out if I am doing the k100 I have been sourcing bits for over the last 4 years... or going down a fiat head line... just because....

My "Why not", when I looked, briefly, into a Fiat head conversion, was that at the time, there wasn't the information around, compared to the K 1100.

 

I don't think that I even found a decent exploded diagram of the engine.
