Still no manifold but he's finally made a start, done a fair bit of ordering parts over the last couple weeks pretty much have everything to finish it now.

I cannot see 150 quid in that collector.
4 stubby bits of stainless welded to a flange.

With the current work rate of a weld per week your lucky it's stainless because the rest would be rotten by the time it's finished.

Managed to pick the car up tonight, so can start making some more progress

Got the intercooler brackets done today now got to work out where all the boost pipes will fit

Hi got another problem car bogs down after an hour I had dirt in the tank so I change that but I think some dirt is caught in the engine some wear maybe in the pipes

Took the engine back out for couple little bits that needed doing. Also the gearbox is now done fitted the limited slip diff and uprated bearings

Small update, oil filter hoses now all connected up properly, re adjusted the alternator to line up better, painted and fitted starter motor and made the clutch pipe.

Both front wheel bearings replaced, adjustable fuel pressure regulator fitted, replaced bushes in the gear linkage, new bump stops fitted
