Was thinking that its £1200 for the manifold and down pipe it would be a shame to have it made then I couldn't fit something because it was in the way.

Yeah but make everything fit around it that way you'll have a sweet flowing manifold

The front wasn't sitting rite so I got the grinder out and kept cutting untill it did.

Also decided to use a van grill so that's on its way.

Hi mate will be following this closely as it is my plan to build one this year :-) as I have 1.8 t rover 75 as a daily at the moment.

What sort of Bhp you going ?

I know when Mg/rover had 160 in the zt and 150 in the 75 but when mg/rover sent the test car to be mapped they came back with about 205 but was detuned as the v9 had 190.

The company that did the mapping in the first place will do the 205 map. That's with a t25 turbo.

Hoping for minimum 200bhp. Just with z and f / kmaps ecu.

next year will forge it all to make the most out the gt28rs.

Qed motor sport sell a lot of k series parts.

Pg1 (c6) with type a LSD steel caged bearings. Will also use a paddle clutch

Grill arrived just got to make it fit. Still having trouble trying to fit the alternator with out cutting the grill.

There's no room to side mount it.

Im doing my best to fined away to not cut the grill.
