The video does make it sound worse it is a little rattly but hasn't been started properly in over a year or so

Managed to get a emerald k6 ecu 😊 Also been looking at a few kad parts.

Still plodding on with it slowly, managed to pick up a emerald loom adapter bargain price done abit more to the digi dash made the speed sensor bracket everything is wired up apart from the temp sensor just waiting for that to arrive, wired up a push start, battery mount and clamp finished, coolant pipes finished, windscreen washer bottle mounted and pipes fitted, wired up the boost gauge to light up when the head lights are on.

Got it running on the emerald ecu, booked in with emerald to get mapped on July 14th

i will say with all those hot bannanas at the fro of the engine I would concider lokking into getting the manifold coated, I think Im going to get mine done, and the down pipe too.

Not having much luck with it!!! So to begin with the turbo started to leak oil in the compressor housing so took that off and its been sent away to be check as I was taking the turbo off I noticed water between the head and block so then took the head off couldn't see anything obvious but while looking at the head I noticed the stem seals need doing so I've sent the head off to the machine shop for them to do any Work that is needed not happy!!!

Got the head back from the machine shop all new seals fitted valves re cut and skimmed just waiting for the head gasket to arrive then can bolt it back on.
