Today turned out to be an eventful day. We worked for a few hours and then popped into Canterbury to pick up some supplies. Tom then misplaced his phone so we retraced our steps and luckily found it. After a couple hours of being stuck in city traffic, we got back cracked on.

Cheers again dom

Lol yea evil bay is a good name, i think someone very clever should hack ebay and change all the names to evil bay hahaha.

Sold the twin exit exhaust already :)

Yea as Dom said we went out to collect supplies from my garage, and different shops. and when i got out Doms mini at my garage, my phone must have fallen out, we the carried on to different places, and i realised i dint have my phone, so we re-traced our steps and when we get back to my garage nothing was there, so Dom rang it and one of the reighbours came running out and gave me the phone , its good to see some people are nice in the world, but as i was give the phone back, it was still fully functioning, but i soon realised Dom or someone else had run over the corner  luckly only the rear was scrateched up and bent badly lol.

Carrying on from what happened today, i then went on a 2:30 round trip to collect my seats, which i must say i am very happy with  an my god they are the comfyest seats i have ha in a mini and iv had atleast 10 different types of seats im my minis

i got the sub frames fitted to them and test fitted the drivers seat and they fit prety good :shifty:

not much left to do now :techsupport:

Also i ont thing the pics of the interior do it justice, i think it looks alot nice in flesh, but iv got to get something to finish the top of the rear seat.

I didnt realise you could space out weller 10's to cover the 8.4 disks....sounds like a plan for my next car is forming. The carbon looks great too.....serious props!

I was delayed again on my journey to Tom's house this morning as a lorry had spilt its expensive copper load causing massive delays around the area.

Posted Image

A few hours later than antiscipated I arrived at Tom's with his new seats.

Posted Image

One of which he'd fitted

Posted Image

He'd also finished off the wiring with just the solenoid remaining

Posted Image

We then got cracking with fitting the magnet for the acewell speedo.

Posted Image

Posted Image

Then brought the wire through the car to the dash

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

Wired up all but the live wires

Posted Image

Test fitting of the dash

Posted Image

Dash screwed in place and CB radio mounted

Posted Image

Fitted the harnesses to the drivers seat
