They are 10" X 6" Starmag, that have a polished polished finish, and are said to be very clean and in good condition.

Well this morning i popped down the garage, to do a few more bits on the engine, so i fitted the oil filter housing with link pipe and the oil filter, i also fitted the mechanical fuel pump.
I then painted the flywheel outer casing cover, the timing cover, radiator/engine mount, water pump pully, breathers and a few other little bits. I painted them in silver smooth hamerite, so ill let the harded and ill fit them in the next couple of pays.
I then removed the diff again (must have taken it out about 4 times now) to change the drive cog (forgot the proper name) to the original so they were matched insted of a different one, witht he same amount of teeth, however when i removed the bearing i found they both used different bearing... So im not sure what im going to end up doing about that...
I then added the head studs and as i was a bit annoyed about the diff i just came home.
I would sort out some pics of the engine, but when working on the engine my hands are soooo dirty i dont want to touch the camera lol.
Now im home i though i would have a go at sowing my self together a new seat cover for my bucket seat, and i must say these girls seem to make a big deal out of nothing it doesnt seem to be that hard, and the cover seems to be coming together well.

You will have to have one set of alloys for the winter and the others for the summer

Well i poped out to take some pics of how things are at the moment as i havent uploeaed many pices recently.
Well this is what the engien looked like before i started doing anything this morning, but as said it now had oil fiter housing, oil filter, and link pipe fitted, along with the fuel pump and head studs.

Here is about 1/2 the bits i painted:

All the fiesta bits i need for the conversion apart from the calipers:
Braided hosed & janjo jolts:

Caliper carriers:

Matro flanges:

7.9" discs:

And here are some pics to show the differences in the final drive bearings. ill make a post in a bit to see what i can do...
Heres a pic of the original final drive from a 1275 gt engine and you can see the breaing has a large outer bearing section:

Final drive from my A+cooper engine, you can see the outer bearing section is alot more shallow...

Finaly this is how far i got with the seat cover untill the cotton ran out! This is the middle section:

iv still got to make up a couple of sections and sew them in place, but then ill start on the sides and back, they wont be in this same sectioned off style. Any yes it is all leather not faux leather
