After much thought, decided it would be wise not to use the wife's plug off her hair straighteners

That sound deadening is amazing at hiding and holding metal together. The scuttle always looks horrible at first but easy enough to sort out.

i would of taken the straighteners plug and then hid them, then one day after replacing the plug put them were I got them from 😝

Chickened out and bought one from Tesco. Gonna set it up next week and blow some holes

Bleeding gypos have nicked the wings I cut off the GT, was gonna practice welding on themm. Fartnockers!!!

The wings were scrap, but I needed them ro practice on. More worrying is they know what's in the garage now. Feckin rats. Sorry to hear about your doors

Finally got the petrol tank out, had to lever the cap off because the key doesn't work anymore.

 

Dropped the engine oil for the big engine lift tomorrow.

 

Drawing up a long list for the mini fair on sunday.... just got to learn to weld now

I must say a big thank you to James Eaton for agreeing to lend me his engine crane, and then actually take the engine out for me. Top man.
